Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sticker that can be released from a base material having detachability and can be stuck without including a substantial base material layer in a sticker part.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the sticker in which the sticker part formed from an adhesive layer 11, a transparent silk screen ink print layer 12, a pattern print layer 13 by offset printing and a transparent silk screen overprint layer 14 is laminated in this order on a base material 10 having detachability includes: performing printing while adding an ultraviolet curable adhesive in 30 to 45 mass% to a vaporizing and drying adhesive during coating by silk screen printing of the adhesive layer 11; then successively performing printing of the transparent silk screen ink print layer 12, pattern printing by offset and printing of the transparent silk screen overprint layer 14 without performing irradiation with ultraviolet rays and in the state where the ultraviolet curable adhesive is non-cured; and then performing irradiation with ultraviolet rays to reduce viscosity of the adhesive layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】シール部に実質的な基材層を有さず、剥離性を有する基材から剥離して貼着できるシールの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】剥離性を有する基材10上に、粘着剤層11、透明シルクスクリーンインキ印刷層12、オフセット印刷による絵柄印刷層13、透明シルクスクリーンオーバープリント層14からなるシール部が、この順に積層されているシールの製造方法において、粘着剤層11のシルクスクリーン印刷による塗布に、揮発乾燥型の粘着剤に紫外線硬化型の粘着剤を、30〜45%の質量比で添加して印刷した後、紫外線照射を行わず紫外線硬化型粘着剤が未硬化な状態で、透明シルクスクリーンインキ印刷層12の印刷と、オフセットによる絵柄印刷、および透明シルクスクリーンオーバープリント層14の印刷を順に行い、その後に紫外線照射して粘着剤層の粘着性を低下させる。【選択図】図1
