Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporated fuel treatment device for eliminating the possibility of releasing evaporated fuel into the atmosphere even after stopping negative pressure applying means.SOLUTION: The evaporated fuel treatment device includes a fuel tank 1, a canister 2 for adsorbing evaporated fuel generated in the fuel tank 1, an atmosphere passage 10 communicating the canister 2 with the atmosphere, a vapor passage 11 communicating the fuel tank 1 with the canister 2, a suction pipe 15 for supplying the atmosphere to an engine 5, a purge passage 12 communicating the suction pipe 15 with the canister 2, a purge pump 3 for applying negative pressure to the canister 2 for desorbing the evaporated fuel from the internal of the canister 2, and a pressure regulating part 4 for regulating the pressure applied by driving the purge pump 3, the purge pump 3 being provided on the purge passage 12, the pressure regulating part 4 being provided between the fuel tank 1 upstream of the purge pump 3 in the purging direction and the purge pump 3, the pressure regulating part 4 consisting of a smallest diameter part having the smallest inner diameter among those of the passages in the evaporated fuel treatment device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】負圧印加手段を停止した後でも蒸発燃料が大気中へ放出されることのない蒸発燃料処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】燃料タンク1と、燃料タンク1で発生した蒸発燃料を吸着するキャニスタ2と、キャニスタ2を大気と連通する大気通路10と、燃料タンク1とキャニスタ2とを連通するベーパ通路11と、エンジン5へ大気を供給する吸気管15と、吸気管15とキャニスタ2とを連通するパージ通路11と、キャニスタ2へ負圧を印加してキャニスタ2内から蒸発燃料を脱離するパージポンプ3と、パージポンプ3の駆動による印加圧力を調整する調圧部4とを有する。パージポンプ3はパージ通路12上に設けられ、調圧部4は、パージポンプ3よりもパージ方向上流である燃料タンク1とパージポンプ3との間に設けられている。調圧部4は、蒸発燃料処理装置内における各通路のうち、最も内径が小さい最小径部からなる。【選択図】図1
