PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device whose safety and energy saving are improved.SOLUTION: A sanitary washing device comprises: a nozzle device 800; a flow regulation valve 517 on the upstream of the nozzle device 800; a relief valve 900 on the upstream of the flow regulation valve 517; a water pump 516 on the upstream of the relief valve 900; a heat exchanger on the upstream of the water pump 516; a sub-tank 600 on the upstream of the heat exchanger; a cut-off solenoid valve on the upstream of the sub-tank 600; and a reflux passage 522 for making washing water discharged from the relief valve 900 reflux to the sub-tank 600. Thereby, it is possible to prevent passage water pressure from rising abnormally when abnormality has occurred at the flow regulation valve 517; it is possible to prevent damage and detachment of component members to improve safety and reliability; the discharged washing water is made to reflux to the sub-tank 600.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】安全性と省エネルギーを向上した衛生洗浄装置を提供する。【解決手段】ノズル装置８００と、ノズル装置８００の上流側に流調弁５１７と、流調弁５１７の上流側にリリーフ弁９００と、リリーフ弁９００の上流側に水ポンプ５１６と、水ポンプ５１６の上流側に熱交換器と、熱交換器の上流側にサブタンク６００と、サブタンク６００の上流側に止水電磁弁とを備え、リリーフ弁９００から放出された洗浄水をサブタンク６００に還流する還流流路５２２を備えたことにより、流調弁５１７に異常が発生した場合、流路の水圧が異常に上昇することを防止することができ、構成部材の破損と脱離を防止し、安全性と信頼性を向上することができるとともに、放出される洗浄水をサブタンク６００に還流させた。【選択図】図６
