Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component holding head which is provided with a plurality of component holding tools for sucking a component by a negative pressure supplied from a negative pressure source and removing the component by a positive pressure supplied from a positive pressure source, and can change a pressure of the positive pressure supplied to the respective component holding tools individually and easily.SOLUTION: Depressurizing means 40 for reducing a positive pressure from a positive pressure source 30 to an optional pressure are arranged on respective positive pressure supply branch paths 31 branched from the positive pressure source 30 to respective component holding tools 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】負圧源から供給される負圧により部品を吸着し、正圧源から供給される正圧により部品を離脱させる部品保持具を複数備えた部品保持ヘッドにおいて、各部品保持具に供給される正圧の圧力を個別的かつ簡単に変更できるようにする。【解決手段】正圧源３０から各部品保持具１０に向けて分岐した正圧供給分岐路３１のそれぞれに、正圧源３０からの正圧を任意の圧力に減圧できる減圧手段４０を設けた。【選択図】図１
