PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a heat dissipation fin which can improve yield and can efficiently manufacture, and provide the heat dissipation fin.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a heat exchanger includes: a through hole forming process of forming a plurality of through holes, through which a refrigerant pipe passes, on a plate material having a predetermined horizontal width, which is conveyed and input; a dividing process of cutting so as to divide the plate material with the plurality of through holes formed into a plurality of heat dissipation fin elements along a horizontal width direction; and a cutting process of cutting the plate material, which is divided into a plurality of pieces in the horizontal width direction, by a predetermined vertical width along a conveying/inputting direction to separate the plurality of heat dissipation fin elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】 歩留まりを向上させ且つ効率よく製造できる放熱フィン製造方法と放熱フィンを提供すること。【解決手段】 搬送・投入される所定の横幅の板材に冷媒用パイプが貫通する複数個の貫通孔を成形する貫通孔成形工程と、上記複数個の貫通孔を成形された板材を上記横幅方向に沿って複数の放熱フィン要素に分割するべく切り込みを入れる分割工程と、上記横幅方向に複数に分割された板材を搬送・投入方向に沿った所定の縦幅で切断して上記複数の放熱フィン要素を分離させる切断工程と、を具備したことを特徴とするもの。【選択図】図５
