Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving device for planting shelves and a method therefor.SOLUTION: An energy saving device for planting shelves includes: at least one planting shelf which includes at least one grid plate and at least one gathering part, in which the grid plate includes a flow-path, the gathering part is positioned at a bottom end of the grid plate, and communicates with the flow-path; at least one air duct which includes a plurality of nozzles at the bottom part, in which the nozzles are positioned above each grid plate; at least one cooler which is connected to at least one air duct, in which the cooler provides cool air, and the cool air passes through the nozzles and blows out toward the grid plate; and at least one blower which is connected to the gathering part and the cooler.
