Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device that can highly accurately determine an abnormality of a filter on the basis of a pressure difference between an upstream side and a downstream side of the filter.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device CA includes: an actual differential pressure acquisition section 401 for acquiring actual differential pressure that is an actual measurement value of a pressure difference between an upstream side and a downstream side of a filter 12; a flow rate acquisition section 402 for acquiring a flow rate of exhaust gas made to flow into a filter 12; a computation differential pressure calculation section 403 for calculating computation differential pressure that is a calculated value of a pressure difference between the upstream side and the downstream side of the filter 12 when exhaust gas having the flow rate acquired by the flow rate acquisition section 402 is made to flow into the filter 12 in the normal state; and an abnormality determination section 404 for determining an abnormality of the filter 12.
