Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stable pharmaceutical compositions allowing long-term storage.SOLUTION: Stable water-insoluble complexes of poorly soluble compounds molecularly dispersed in water-insoluble ionic polymers are disclosed. Useful insoluble ionic polymers have a molecular weight greater than about 80,000 D and a glass transition temperature equal to or greater than about 50°C. The compounds are microprecipitated in the ionic polymers in an amorphous form. The complexes according to the present invention significantly increase the bioavailability of poorly soluble therapeutically active compounds.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は長期保存できる安定な薬理組成物の提供を課題とする。【解決手段】水不溶性イオン性ポリマーに分子的に分散された低溶性化合物の安定な水不溶性複合体を開示する。有用な不溶性イオン性ポリマーは約80,000D超の分子量及び約50℃以上のガラス転移温度を有する。この化合物をイオン性ポリマーの中にアモルファス状態でマイクロ沈殿させる。本発明に係る複合体は低溶性の治療活性化合物の生物有用性を有意に高める。【選択図】なし
