Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image sensor and an electronic camera suitable for focus detection without using a high-level pixel interpolation process or a complicated optical system.SOLUTION: The solid-state image sensor includes: a first imaging device disposed on a first substrate having a first photo-electric conversion part for converting a first color light in incident light and transmitting the rest of the incident light and a second photo-electric conversion part for converting a second color light and transmitting the rest of the light; and a second imaging device disposed on a second substrate having a third photo-electric conversion part for converting a third color light transmitted through the first photo-electric conversion part and a fourth photo-electric conversion part for converting a fourth color light transmitted through the second photo-electric conversion part.
