PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar shape measurement device capable of accurately measuring the planer shape of a plane plate conveyed through a rolling line.SOLUTION: A planar shape measurement device 1 includes: a two-dimensional camera (a planar shape imaging device 8) for imaging a plane plate 100 conveyed through a rolling line; temperature information detectors (a width-direction imaging device 7 and a luminance level calculation device 18) for detecting temperature information on the plane plate 100; a storage device (an exposure time table storage device 5) for storing a correlation between a parameter which determines light emitting characteristics of the two-dimensional camera and the temperature of the plane plate 100; a parameter setting command device (an exposure time setting command device 6) for determining a parameter setting on the basis of the temperature information detected by the temperature information detectors and the correlation, and commanding the determined parameter setting to the two-dimensional camera; and a profile value calculation device for calculating a profile value identifying a planar shape of the plane plate from the image data captured by the two-dimensional camera.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】圧延ラインで搬送される平板の平面形状を精度良く測定できる平面形状測定装置を提供すること。【解決手段】平面形状測定装置１は、圧延ラインで搬送される平板１００を撮像する二次元カメラ（平面形状撮像器８）と、平板１００の温度情報を検知する温度情報検知装置（幅方向撮像器７、輝度レベル演算装置１８）と、二次元カメラの受光特性を決定するパラメータと、平板１００の温度との対応関係を記憶した記憶装置（露光時間テーブル記憶装置５）と、温度情報検知装置で検知された温度情報と、対応関係とに基づいて、パラメータの設定を決定し、決定したパラメータの設定を二次元カメラに対して指令するパラメータ設定指令装置（露光時間設定指令装置６）と、二次元カメラによる撮像データから平板の平面形状を特定するプロフィール値を演算するプロフィール値演算装置とを備える。【選択図】図１
