Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating apparatus and a refrigerator unit in each of which oil is surely returned to a compressor even when the compressor is continuously operated at a low frequency or in a test operation of the refrigerating apparatus.SOLUTION: The refrigerating apparatus configures a refrigeration cycle by successively connecting a compressor 1, a condenser 2, a pressure reduction device 5 and an evaporator 6 using refrigerant piping. Further the refrigerating apparatus includes a controller 14 for controlling an operation capacity of the compressor, and the controller includes a function of determining that the compressor is operated at low capacity which requires an oil returning operation to the compressor and integrating an operation time at the low capacity, a function of integrating the number of start and stop of the compressor, and a function of performing oil returning operation control when the integrated operation time under the low capacity of the compressor reaches a preset integrated operation time, or when the number of times of start and stop of the compressor is over a preset number of times of start and stop.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】圧縮機が低周波数で運転継続された場合や冷凍装置の試運転時においても、油を確実に圧縮機に戻す冷凍装置及び冷凍機ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】冷凍装置は、圧縮機1と、凝縮器2と、減圧装置5と、蒸発器6とを順次冷媒配管で接続して冷凍サイクルを構成している。また、圧縮機の運転容量を制御するコントローラ14を備え、このコントローラは、圧縮機への油戻し運転が必要となる低容量で運転されていることを判定してこの低容量での運転時間を積算する機能と、圧縮機の発停回数を積算する機能と、圧縮機の低容量での積算運転時間が予め設定した設定積算運転時間を経過した場合、及び圧縮機の発停回数が予め設定した設定発停回数を超過した場合に、油戻し運転制御を行う機能を備えている。【選択図】図1 |
