Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recorder which prevents printing disturbance by performing the control of returning an ink viscosity to a printable viscosity when coming out of a printable viscosity range.SOLUTION: An ink jet recorder comprises a main ink container for reserving ink, a nozzle for discharging ink as ink particles to print a printing object material, an ink supply channel for supplying ink from an ink container to the nozzle, a gutter for recovering ink particles unused for printing out of ink particles discharged from the nozzle with air, an ink recovery channel for recovering ink particles recovered by the gutter to the ink container, a solvent gas exhaust channel connected to the ink container to exhaust a solvent gas from the main ink container, and a gas liquid separator for gas liquid separation of a coagulation liquid of the solvent gas due to a temperature decrease in the solvent gas exhaust channel, thereby supplying air sucked from the gas liquid separator to the main ink container to concentrate ink by exhausting the solvent gas in the main ink container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】インク粘度が印字可能な粘度範囲を外れた場合に、印字可能な粘度まで戻す制御を行ない印字乱れなどを防止するインクジェット記録装置を提供する。【解決手段】インクを貯留するための主インク容器と、インクをインク粒子として吐出し被印字物に印字を行うノズルと、インク容器からノズルにインクを供給するインク供給流路と、ノズルより吐出したインク粒子のうち印字に使用しないインク粒子をエアと共に回収するガターと、ガターで回収したインク粒子をインク容器に回収するインク回収流路と、インク容器に接続され溶剤ガスを主インク容器から排出する溶剤ガス排出流路と、溶剤ガス排出流路内にて温度低下による溶剤ガスの凝集液を気液分離する気液分離器とを備え、気液分離器から吸引したエアを主インク容器に供給し該主インク容器内の溶剤ガスを排出することでインクを濃縮する構成とする。【選択図】 図11
