Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring mounting device having a new structure with less inconvenience.SOLUTION: A ring mounting device includes: a first support part for supporting a rod-like member; a first movable part which is arranged so as to relatively move with respect to the first support part, and has a pushing part for pushing a ring in an intersecting direction with an axial direction of the rod-like member so that the rod-like member passes through a clearance; a second support part which is arranged so as to relatively move with respect to the first support part on an opposite side to the first movable part of the rod-like member, contacts before at least one of both end parts of the ring pushed by the pushing part comes close and the rod-like member enter the clearance and supports at least one of both of the end parts; and a third support part which is inserted into a groove and supports the rod-like member.
