Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for economically performing organic affinity nano filtration for separating a homogeneous catalyst from a reaction mixture when a sufficiently large amount of a separation active substance of a membrane satisfying a separation task is hardly procured or can be procured only at a high cost.SOLUTION: In a method for separating a homogeneous catalyst from a reaction mixture: modeling is performed for separation; the dimensionless retention R of a membrane to a metal or an expensive substance and the permeability P (kg/(m2/bar/h)) of the membrane are decided; the market price S (euro/g) of the metal or the expensive substance is assumed; a dimensionless membrane performance indicator (MPI) is calculated from an equation expressed as MPI=0.5RS/7(1+P)S/(100*R)-1/(10*P); at least one of parameters consisting of the retention, the permeability and the market price is altered; and the membrane performance indicator is recalculated after altering the parameter until the calculated membrane performance indicator reaches at least 0.35.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】分離タスクを満たす膜の分離活性材料が十分に大量に入手できないか、高いコストでのみ入手可能な場合に、均一系触媒を反応混合物から分離するために有機親和性ナノ濾過を経済的に使用する方法の提供。【解決手段】分離のためにモデル化され、金属又は高価な物質に対する膜の無次元保持率R及び膜の透過率P(kg/(m2/bar/h))を決定し、金属又は高価な物質の市場価格S(ユーロ/g)を想定し、無次元膜性能指標(MPI)を以下に示すように算出し、MPI=0.5RS/7(1+P)S/(100*R)−1/(10*P)、保持率、透過率及び市場価格からなるパラメータの少なくとも1つを変化させ、パラメータを変化させた後に、算出した膜性能指標が少なくとも0.35になるまで膜性能指標を再び算出する。【選択図】なし
