Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane which is suitable for use with a fuel cell and is further inexpensive with durability and dimensional stability improved.SOLUTION: A membrane 1 includes a central region 2 including (a) ion conductivity polymeric materials, and (b) a boundary region 3 forming a frame around the central region 2, and made of one or more non-ionic conducting materials to form at least one layer of the one or more non-ionic conducting materials.
