Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence detection system which enables high-S/N detection of a target fluorescent label without being affected by autofluorescence of a porous support body with an immunochromatographic device or the like using an inexpensive and simple configuration.SOLUTION: A fluorescence detection system 5 comprises a fluorescence excitation light source 2, a support body 1 on which a fluorescent label is spread, and fluorescence detection means 3 for detecting fluorescence of the fluorescent label. The fluorescence detection means 3 is a color sensor, which allows for detecting the fluorescent label spread on the support body 1 that generates autofluorescence, without using time-resolved fluorescence and wavelength range cut filters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】イムノクロマトグラフィー装置等において、より安価かつ簡易な構成によって、多孔質支持体の自家蛍光の影響を受けることなく目的とする蛍光標識を高S/N比で検出することを可能とする、蛍光検出システムを提供すること。【解決手段】蛍光検出システム5は、蛍光励起用光源2と、蛍光標識が展開される支持体1と、蛍光標識の蛍光を検出する蛍光検出手段3とからなり、蛍光検出手段3はカラーセンサであり、これにより自家蛍光を生じる支持体1の上に展開された蛍光標識を、時間分解蛍光や波長領域カットフィルタを用いることなく検出できる構成である。【選択図】図1
