Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner flame forming method enabled to suppress the production of NOby homogenizing temperature of flame at an oxygen-rich combustion time.SOLUTION: A flame 40 is formed by injecting a primary oxidant from the center of a burner body 17 in a direction identical to the extension direction of the burner body 17, by injecting a fuel gas in the same direction as the extending direction of the burner body 17 from the outside of the primary oxidant; by making the injection speed of the primary oxidant higher than the injection speed of the fuel gas, and by injecting a secondary oxidant from the outer side of the fuel gas in the direction to leave the central axis E of the burner body 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、酸素富化燃焼時において、火炎を均一な温度にして、NOXの生成を抑制可能なバーナの火炎形成方法を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】バーナ本体17の延在方向と同じ方向に、バーナ本体17の中心から1次酸化剤を噴出させ、1次酸化剤の外側からバーナ本体17の延在方向と同じ方向に、燃料ガスを噴出させ、1次酸化剤の噴出速度を燃料ガスの噴出速度よりも速くし、バーナ本体17の中心軸Eから離間する方向に、燃料ガスの外側から2次酸化剤を噴出させることで、火炎40を形成する。【選択図】図1
