Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fitting of a heat insulation material and a new exterior finishing material, without dismantling an existing exterior finishing material of a building.SOLUTION: A metal fitting for repairing an exterior finishing material of a building is for fitting a new exterior finishing material to a corrugated plate of a building having a concave surface and a convex surface and used as an existing exterior finishing material, and includes: a fixing part 10 to be overlapped and fixed on the convex surface, and having a slit part 12A and a cut-out groove 12B formed thereon, the slit part being narrower than a diameter dimension of a bolt B protruding from and fitted on the convex surface of the corrugated plate, and the cut-out groove having a slit part 12B for a bolt at an intermediate part of the slit part 12A for housing the bolt B; a standing part 20 formed on edges of the fixing part 10 that face each other, in a groove width direction of the cut-out groove 12; and an exterior finishing material fixing part 30 that connects a top edge part of the standing part 20 to each other and onto which a new exterior finishing material 90 may be fixed.
