Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing equipment for water supply with reduced or suppressed bleeding of lead and nickel, and to provide the equipment for water supply manufactured by the method.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing equipment for water supply is provided in which: a base substance comprised of a copper alloy of equipment for water supply is prepared, to the surface of the base substance nickel plating or nickel alloy plating being applied and further chromium plating being applied to the nickel plating or nickel alloy plating, the base substance is impregnated into a first treatment liquid containing at least chromium anhydride, sulfuric acid and if the case hydrogen peroxide water to remove the nickel plating or the nickel alloy plating protruding from the chromium plating; then the base substance is subjected to a step of impregnating the base substance into an alkali etching liquid added with an oxidant or a liquid of chromate added with a fluoride to remove lead on a surface of the base substance; and/or the base substance is subjected to a step of impregnating the base substance into a second treatment liquid containing chromic acid anhydride, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and a mixture thereof to stabilize the surface of the base substance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉛およびニッケルの浸出が低減・抑制された水道用器具の製造方法およびその方法によって製造された水道用器具の提供する。【解決手段】表面にニッケルめっきまたはニッケル合金めっきと、さらにその上にクロムめっきとを施した、銅合金からなる水道用器具の基体を用意し、当該基体を、無水クロム酸と、硫酸と、場合により過酸化水素水とを少なくとも含んでなる第1の処理液に浸漬して、クロムめっきからはみ出ているニッケルめっきまたはニッケル合金めっきを除去し、次いで、当該基体を、酸化剤を添加したアルカリ性のエッチング液またはフッ化物を添加したクロム酸の液に浸漬して、前記基材表面の鉛を除去する工程、および/または前記基材を、無水クロム酸と、リン酸、硝酸、またはその混合物とを含んでなる第2の処理液に浸漬して、前記基材表面を安定化する工程に付す。【選択図】図1 |
