PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure manufacturing device and a structure manufacturing method for manufacturing a structure, in which the occurrence of a spark due to a thunderbolt is suppressed without increasing the weight of a structure and the labor of a quality management.SOLUTION: A structure manufacturing device 100 comprises a constant current source 10 existing between a composite material 31 and a bolt 32 individually having electric conductivities, for lowering the electric resistance value of a clearance by applying an electric current of a predetermined value to a clearance of a higher electric resistances than those of the composite material 31 and the bolt 32 thereby to lower the electric resistance of the clearance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】構造体の重量増加や品質管理の労力を増大させることなく落雷による火花（スパーク）の発生を抑制した構造体を製造する構造体製造装置および構造体製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】それぞれ導電性を有する複合材料３１およびボルト３２の間に存在するとともに複合材料３１およびボルト３２よりも電気抵抗値の高い間隙に所定電流値の電流を印加して間隙の電気抵抗値を低下させる定電流源１０を備える構造体製造装置１００を提供する。【選択図】図１
