Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die, a solution film forming method, and a molten film forming method which suppress the occurrence of a local thin film portion in a center part of film.SOLUTION: An internal flow channel 49 of a die 20 comprises a first flow channel portion 51, a second flow channel portion 52, and a third flow channel portion 53 directed toward an outlet port 49o from which a dope 18 is discharged. The first flow channel portion 51 has a second length in an X direction formed in a gradually increasing manner toward the outlet port 49o to form a dope flow in a shape of wide film. The second flow channel portion 52 has a first length in a Y direction formed in a gradually decreasing manner toward the outlet port 49o to decrease the thickness of the film-shaped dope flow. The third flow channel portion 53 regulates the flow rate distribution in the width direction by a choke bar 56 while guiding the dope flow. In a center part of the choke bar 56 in the X direction is formed a groove 60 along the flow direction of the dope 18, the width W60 of the groove 60 being predetermined to be in a range of 1 mm or more and 20 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】幅方向中央部に局所的な薄膜部分がフィルムに発生することを抑制するダイ、溶液製膜方法及び溶融製膜方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】ダイ20の内部流路49は、ドープ18を出す出口49oに向けて、第1流路部51,第2流路部52,第3流路部53を備える。第1流路部51は、X方向での第2長さが出口49oに向けて漸増して形成され、ドープ流を幅広の膜状に形成する。第2流路部52は、Y方向での第1長さが出口49oに向けて漸減して形成され、膜状のドープ流の厚みを減少させる。第3流路部53は、ドープ流を案内しながらチョークバー56により、幅方向における流量分布を調節する。チョークバー56のX方向中央部には、ドープ18の流れ方向に沿った溝60が形成されており、溝60の幅W60は1mm以上20mm以下の範囲内とされる。【選択図】図3
