Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treated aluminum plate excellent in weldability, and a manufacturing method therefor, and also to provide a surface-treated aluminum structure and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A surface-treated aluminum plate 10 includes an aluminum plate 3, and a coating 2 containing C, O, N and H, formed at least on one surface of the aluminum plate 3. Each amount of components Mg, Cu, Zn and Si included in the coating 2 is 5 g/mor less and the total amount of the components is 0.05-5 g/m.
