Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker that can prevent the temperature of a cooking heating plate having a small bottom thickness from abnormally excessively increasing when the cooking heating plate is directly placed on the bottom surface in a grill container of a grill device.SOLUTION: In a case where second temperature detection means 4a and second temperature detection means 4b detect a predetermined amount of rapid temperature variation per unit time when a cooking heating plate 7 having a small bottom thickness in inductively heated by automatic cooking, and temperature gradient calculating means of the controller 31 exceeds a predetermined temperature gradient as a threshold value, the controller 31 reduces the heating output of an upper heating body 5, and stop the electromagnetic induction heating output of a lower heating body 6 to continue cooking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】グリル装置のグリル庫内の底面に、底厚の薄い調理用加熱プレートを直接置いて誘導加熱された場合に、調理用加熱プレートの温度が異常に上がり過ぎることを防ぐこと。【解決手段】制御部31は、第二の温度検知手段4a、及び第二の温度検知手段4bにより自動調理で薄い底厚の調理用加熱プレート7が誘導加熱されたときの単位時間に所定量の急峻な温度変化を検知して、制御部31の温度勾配算出手段が閾値である所定の温度勾配を超えると、上加熱体5の加熱出力を低下させ、下加熱体6の電磁誘導加熱出力を停止して調理を継続すること。【選択図】図1
