Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure swing adsorption device and a gas separation method contributing to reducing equipment cost, making operation and maintenance easy and reducing the loss of a separation gas due to the reduction of a dead volume.SOLUTION: A communication flow channel 9 mutually communicating any one of a raw material gas flow channel 3 connected to the supply source of a raw material gas G1 containing an adsorbate, a non-adsorption gas flow channel 4 having the outlet of a non-adsorption gas, a discharge gas flow channel 5 having the outlet of a discharge gas and an adsorption tower and any one of the others is connected to raw material gas connection channels 30a, 30b and 30c, non-adsorption gas connection channels 31a, 31b and 31c, discharge gas connection channels 32a, 32b and 32c and connection channels 33a, 33b and 33c for communication mutually possessed with three or more adsorption towers 2a, 2b and 2c via valves 6a, 6b and 6c for the raw material gas, valves 7a, 7b and 7c for a non-adsorption gas, valves 8a, 8b and 8c for a discharge gas and valves 10a, 10b and 10c for communication.
