Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor circuit capable of reducing a measurement error of temperature.SOLUTION: A temperature sensor circuit comprises: a reference voltage circuit VC for outputting reference voltage Vref; and a first amplifier circuit C1 into a first input end of which the reference voltage is input, a first signal S1 being fed back to a second input end, and which outputs the first signal S1 so that the first signal S1 equals to the reference voltage Vref. The temperature sensor circuit comprises: a diode D of which a cathode is connected with first electric potential; and a voltage division circuit DC of which the other end is connected with an anode of the diode and which outputs potential division voltage VD. The temperature sensor circuit comprises a second amplifier circuit C2 into a first input end of which the first signal S1 is input, the potential division voltage VD being input into a second input end, an output end being connected with one end of the voltage division circuit, and which outputs a second signal S2 so that the potential division voltage VD is equal to the first signal S1. The temperature sensor circuit comprises a measuring circuit MC that calculates voltage difference between the first signal S1 and the second signal S2, and outputs an output signal SO on the basis of the calculation result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】温度の測定誤差を低減することが可能な温度センサ回路を提供する。【解決手段】基準電圧Vrefを出力する基準電圧回路VCを備え、第1の入力端に基準電圧が入力され、第2の入力端に第1の信号S1を帰還し、第1の信号S1が基準電圧Vrefと等しくなるように第1の信号S1を出力する第1のアンプ回路C1を備える。カソードが第1の電位に接続されたダイオードDを備え、他端がダイオードのアノードと接続され、分圧電圧DCを出力する分圧回路DCを備える。第1の入力端に第1の信号S1が入力され、第2の入力端に分圧電圧VDが入力され、出力端が分圧回路の一端と接続され、分圧電圧VDが第1の信号S1と等しくなるように第2の信号S2を出力する第2のアンプ回路C2を備える。第1の信号S1と第2の信号S2との電圧差を算出し、この算出結果に基づいて出力信号SOを出力する測定回路MCを備える。【選択図】図1
