Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater capable of smoothly hot-water supplying even when the capacity of an electric source is reduced by providing an upper limit of concurrent use driving means, and driving the driving means by setting the order of priority in the case of equal to the upper limit or less, so as to stably drive the valves and effectively utilize the electric source.SOLUTION: A water heater, in which a tap channel connected to a heat source machine is branched into a hot water supply side flow passage and a bath side flow passage, comprises: at least a hot water supply mixing valve for mixing water and a plurality of channel change vales in the hot water supply side flow passage. The above-mentioned valves are electrically-driven valves, and the upper limit of concurrently driven valves is two. When there are requests to drive three or more of above-mentioned valves, the valves are driven in the priority order of the hot water supply mixing valve, the plurality of channel change vales, and the other valves. Among the plurality of channel change vales, the priority order is set according to the order of previous and subsequent drive requests.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 同時使用できる駆動手段の上限を設けることにより、上限値以下の場合には、優先順位を設けて駆動手段を駆動させ、安定した弁の駆動と電源の有効利用を図るとともに、電源の容量を低くしても円滑な給湯を行うことができる給湯装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 熱源機に接続された出湯流路を、給湯側流路と風呂側流路とに分岐し、前記給湯側流路に水と混合するための給湯ミキシング弁と、複数の流路切換弁とを、少なくとも備えた給湯装置であって、前記した弁は電動で駆動される弁であり、同時に駆動できる前記弁の上限を2個とし、前記弁のうちで、同時に3個以上の駆動要求がある場合には、前記給湯ミキシング弁、前記複数の流路切換弁、それ以外の弁の優先順位で駆動させるようにし、且つ、前記複数の流路切換弁の内では駆動要求の先後の順に従った優先順位とするようにしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1
