Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weak pin breakage detection device and system capable of preventing an erroneous detection caused by disadvantageous state at a cable and the like and capable of improving its maintainability.SOLUTION: A weak pin breakage detection device 15 detects breakage of a weak pin 14 arranged at a guide vane mechanism for adjusting water supplied from a pressure pipe to a water turbine. The weak pin breakage detection device comprises a proximity switch 42 for detecting breakage of the weak pin 14, a wireless module 43 for transmitting information indicating the result of detection of the proximity switch 42 with wireless signal, a power supply unit 45 for supplying electric power to the proximity switch 42 and the wireless module 43 and a storing member [such as a cover cradle 41 and a cover 46] storing the proximity switch 42, the wireless module 43 and the power supply unit 45 and fixed to the weak pin 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ケーブル等の不具合による誤検出を防止することができ、これにより保守性を高めることができる弱点ピン折損検出装置及びシステムを提供する。【解決手段】弱点ピン折損検出装置15は、水圧管から水車に供給される水を調整するガイドベーン機構に設けられた弱点ピン14の折損を検出するものであり、弱点ピン14の折損を検出する近接スイッチ42と、近接スイッチ42の検出結果を示す情報を無線信号で送信する無線モジュール43と、近接スイッチ42及び無線モジュール43に電力を供給する電源部45と、近接スイッチ42、無線モジュール43、及び電源部45を収容して弱点ピン14に取り付けられる収容部材(カバー受台41、カバー46)とを備える。【選択図】図2
