Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic stainless steel sheet and a method of manufacturing the same, the ferritic stainless steel sheet being excellent in carburization and oxidation resistance, used for an automotive exhaust system or a fuel reformer that become a carburizing atmosphere.SOLUTION: There is provided a ferritic stainless steel sheet containing, by mass%, Si: 0.05-3.0%, Mn: 0.05-2.0%, Cr: 12.0-25.0%, Cu: 0.01-2.0%, Ni: 0.01-2.0%, Mo: 0.01-2.0%, Nb: 0.001-1.0%, Ti: 0.001-0.40%, Al: 0.002-0.25%, V: 0.01-0.20%, and B: 0.0002-0.0050%, satisfying formulas (i) and (ii).
