PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device and a program that are capable of properly managing an opening/closing of a cargo room door of a transportation vehicle to be used for a transportation and the like between intermediate delivery bases.SOLUTION: A terminal device 2 is disposed in a cargo room 10 in such a manner that a shift can be made between a readable state where a driver ID can be read from a medium 1 storing the driver ID and an unreadable state where the driver ID cannot be read from the medium 1, in response to an opening/closing of a door 11 of a transportation vehicle 8.
