PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device which improves image quality.SOLUTION: A recording device (an ink jet printer 100) is provided with a head unit 35 as a scan part in which a first irradiation part 51, a second irradiation part 52, a third irradiation part 53 arranged between the first irradiation part 51 and the second irradiation part 52, a first nozzle array group 71 arranged between the first irradiation part 51 and the third irradiation part 53, and a second nozzle array group 72 arranged between the second irradiation part 52 and the third irradiation part 53 are arranged along a first direction. A distance L1 between the first nozzle array group 71 and the first irradiation part 51 is equal to a distance L4 between the second nozzle array group 72 and the third irradiation part 53.
