Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting capable of contributing to a further improvement in cooling efficiency, a core used for manufacturing the casting and manufacturing method for the same with regard to a casting having a hollow structure for internally cooling a gas turbine blade or the like.SOLUTION: A core is formed of an inorganic powder sinter into a core having capillary grooves of net form in the surface. Such a core can be manufactured by a manufacturing method comprising a sinter forming step for forming an inorganic powder sinter of a compact formed by comprising an inorganic powder and a binder, a sol coating step for coating the surface of the inorganic powder sinter with sol to dry the same, and a heating step for removing residual water content on heating from the inorganic powder sinter having passed through the sol coating step. Such a core is used to produce a casting having narrow ridges of net form in the wall face of a hollow structure for internal cooling holes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ガスタービン翼などの内部冷却用の中空構造を有する鋳物に関し、冷却効率の一層の向上に寄与することができる鋳物、並びにかかる鋳物の製造に用いる中子およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】無機粉末焼結体を用いて形成され、表面に網目形態の毛細溝を有する中子とする。そのような中子は、無機粉末とバインダを含んで形成された成形体を用いて無機粉末焼結体を形成する焼結体形成工程と、前記無機粉末焼結体の表面にゾルを被覆して乾燥するゾル被覆工程と、前記ゾル被覆工程を経た無機粉末焼結体から残留水分を加熱して除去する加熱工程とを含む製造方法により作製できる。こうした中子を用いて、内部冷却孔用の中空構造の壁面に網目形態の狭幅な稜線を有する鋳物とする。【選択図】図2 |
