Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air filter for high temperature and a manufacturing method of the same which can exhibit a filtration function without breakage and disassembly of each component even when exposed to a high temperature.SOLUTION: An air filter 1 for high temperature includes a filter pack 2 structured of a filter medium 4 and a separator, and a frame body 3 for housing the filter pack 2. A non-thermoplastic high-viscosity seal material 7 and a non-thermoplastic low-viscosity seal material 8 are respectively arranged between a lower end part and an upper end part of the filter pack 2 and an inner surface of the frame body 3. The low-viscosity seal material 8 is overlapped with a surface of the high-viscosity seal material 7 on a filter pack 2 side. Viscosity of the low-viscosity seal material is less than 100 Pa S.
