PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-pressure steam sterilizer that can evaporate dew condensation water in a short time even in the case where dew condensation water gathers in a cross section approximately V-shaped packing attached to a lid part.SOLUTION: A high-pressure steam sterilizer has: a chamber 20 having an opening 20a ; a lid part 1 which seals the opening 20a of the chamber 20 in a freely opening and closing manner; and a ring-shaped packing 2 which is attached to the lid part 1, and closely contacts an opening end surface of the chamber 20. The lid part 1 includes a part to be fitted 1a with which the packing 2 is fitted. The packing 2 has: a body part 2a which is formed in an approximate V-shape at a cross section in a radial direction, and fitted with the part to be fitted 1a of the lid part 1; a close-contact piece 2b which is protruded from the body part 2a toward the chamber, bent inside toward radial direction, and equipped with a close-contact surface which closely contacts an end surface of the opening 20 of the chamber 20. The packing 2 has a hole part 6 as a communication part communicating between a region in which dew condensation water gathers and the lid part 1, in the body part 2a of a region where dew condensation water gathers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】蓋部に取り付けられた断面略Ｖ字形状のパッキンに結露水が溜まった場合でも、結露水を短時間に気化することができる高圧蒸気滅菌器を提供する。【解決手段】高圧蒸気滅菌器は、開口部２０ａを有するチャンバー２０と、チャンバー２０の開口部２０ａを開閉自在に密閉する蓋部１と、蓋部１に取り付けられ、チャンバー２０の開口部端面に密着するリング状のパッキン２とを有する。蓋部１は、パッキン２が嵌合する被嵌合部１ａを備える。パッキン２は、径方向断面略Ｖ字形状に形成され、蓋部１の被嵌合部１ａに嵌合する本体部２ａと、本体部２ａからチャンバー側に突出するとともに径方向内側に向けて屈曲し、チャンバー２０の開口部２０の端面に密着する密着面を備える密着片２ｂと、を有する。パッキン２は、結露水が溜まる領域の本体部２ａに、結露水が溜まる領域と蓋部１との間を連通する連通部としての孔部６を有する。【選択図】図５
