Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame member fixing structure capable of easily adjusting the tilt angle of a frame member.SOLUTION: In a frame member fixing structure, a bracket 11 fixed to the upper portion of a first frame member 10 has a substrate portion 33 constituting the uppermost portion of the bracket 11, and the substrate portion 33 is pinched from the upper and lower sides by a first spacer 46 and a second spacer 47. The upper surface of the substrate portion 33 has a convex curved surface portion 36 which is formed as a curved surface protruding upwards, and the lower surface on the opposite side to the convex curved surface portion 36 of the substrate portion 33 has a concave curved surface portion 37 which is formed as a curved surface concaved upwards. The lower surface of the first spacer 46 is formed as a curved surface concaved upwards, and has a first curved surface portion 48 which is in surface contact with the convex curved surface portion 36 of the substrate portion 33. The upper surface of the second spacer 47 has a second curved surface portion 51 which is formed as a curved surface protruding upwards, and in surface contact with the concave curved surface portion 37 of the substrate portion 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】フレーム部材の傾斜角度を容易に調整することができるフレーム部材の固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るフレーム部材の固定構造では、第一フレーム部材10の上部に固定されるブラケット11は、ブラケット11の最上部を構成する基板部33を有し、基板部33は、第一スペーサー46と第二スペーサー47とにより上下方向から挟み込まれる。基板部33の上面は、上方に凸となる曲面に形成される凸状曲面部36を有し、基板部33の凸状曲面部36と反対側の下面は、上方に凹となる曲面に形成される凹状曲面部37を有する。第一スペーサー46の下面は、上方に凹となる曲面に形成されて基板部33の凸状曲面部36と面接触する第一曲面部48を有し、第二スペーサー47の上面は、上方に凸となる曲面に形成されて基板部33の凹状曲面部37と面接触する第二曲面部51を有する。【選択図】図2 |
