PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box that facilitates detaching of an outer box from an inner box.SOLUTION: A packing box 1 comprises an inner box 100 whose upper side is opened, and an outer box 10 that covers the inner box 100 from above. The inner box 100 has inner side face parts 120 and 130 extending upward from a bottom face part. The outer box 10 has outer side face parts 30 and 40 extending downward so as to be brought into contact with outer surfaces of the inner side face parts 120 and 130 from lid parts. In the inner side face parts 120 and 130 are formed inner fixing parts 121 and 131 which can be cut off from other parts. In the outer side face parts 30 and 40 are formed outer fixing parts 31 and 41 which adhere to the inner fixing parts 121 and 131. The outer fixing parts 31 and 41 and the inner fixing parts 121 and 131 can be pushed toward inside of the packing box 1 with upper sides 31a and 41a near the lid parts set as shafts, and the pushing allows the inner fixing parts 121 and 131 to be cut off from the other parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】外箱を内箱から容易に取り外すことができる包装箱を提供する。【解決手段】 包装箱１は、上方が開口した内箱１００と、内箱１００を上方側から覆う外箱１０とを備える。内箱１００は、底面部から上方に延びる内側側面部１２０，１３０を有し、外箱１０は、蓋部から内側側面部１２０，１３０の外表面に接するように下方に延びる外側側面部３０，４０を有する。内側側面部１２０，１３０には他の部分から切り離し可能な内側固定部１２１，１３１が形成され、外側側面部３０，４０には内側固定部１２１，１３１に接着される外側固定部３１，４１が形成される。外側固定部３１，４１は、内側固定部１２１，１３１と共に、蓋部側の上辺３１ａ，４１ａを軸として包装箱１の内部に向かって押し込み可能となっており、当該押し込みにより内側固定部１２１，１３１が他の部分から切り離される。【選択図】図１
