Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell element in which the output is less likely to lower even if crack occurs therein, and to provide a solar cell module.SOLUTION: In a solar cell element 1 including a semiconductor substrate 2 having a front principal surface 2a and a back principal surface 2b, a bus bar electrode long in one direction, provided at least on one side of the front principal surface 2a and back principal surface 2b, and having a wiring conductor arranged on the surface, and a finger electrode for connection with the bus bar electrode, the finger electrode has a plurality of first finger electrode perpendicular to the bus bar electrode in the longitudinal center thereof, and a plurality of second finger electrodes extending obliquely so as to recede gradually from the bus bar electrode in the direction where the one end is located, between the central part of the bus bar electrode and the longitudinal one end.
