Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ATF [Auto Transmission Fluid] warmer cooling water circulation system and its designing method in which an increasing of transmittance efficiency of a transmission and an improvement of fuel consumption are carried out through a fast increasing of AFT temperature under an operating condition of 70° or more and its cost and weight are decreased.SOLUTION: An ATF warmer cooling water circulation system of this invention is constituted by an ATF warmer to which engine cooling water is supplied, the engine cooling water is circulated to the ATF warmer for pre-heating a transmission even if engine cooling water is less than an operating temperature of the ATF warmer, then heating performance under a low temperature condition is maintained and at the same time improvement of fuel consumption is attained through improvement of transmittance efficiency of a transmission by a fast temperature increasing of ATF, an engine oil cooler and ATF warmer are connected in series to cause a cooling water line to be reduced in size and its cost and weight are reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】70度以上の作動条件でATF温度の迅速な上昇が行われることによって、変速機の伝達効率の増大と燃費の改善が行われると共に、原価と重量が低減されたATFウォーマAuto Transmission Fluid Warmer)冷却水循環システム、及びその設計方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明のATFウォーマ冷却水循環システムは、エンジン冷却水が供給されるATFウォーマで構成され、エンジン冷却水がATFウォーマの作動温度以下でも変速機のATF予熱のためにATFウォーマに循環されることにより、低温条件下の暖房性能を維持すると共に、ATFの迅速な温度上昇による変速機の伝達効率の向上によって燃費改善が行われ、エンジンオイルクーラとATFウォーマを直列に連結することによって、冷却水ラインの縮小とバルブの削除が行われ、原価及び重量が低減される。【選択図】 図1 |
