Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high versatility vibration-proof component in which vibration of a member to be vibrated can be reduced and the vibration-proof component is easily installed at the member to be vibrated.SOLUTION: A vibration-proof member 1 compressed and held between a rod-like member 2 and an outer member 3 is strained through a relative motion between the rod-like member 2 and the outer member 3 to produce a phase difference and vibration energy for vibrating a member 7 to be vibrated is converted into thermal energy. The vibration-proof member 1 is compressed and held between the rod-like member 2 and the outer member 3, the outer member 3 is made to be more heavy than that of the vibration-proof member 1 and further the outer member 3 is spaced apart from the surface of the member 7 to be vibrated. The outer member 3 merely compresses and holds the vibration-proof member 1 and does not contact with any other member than the vibration-proof member 1. Due to this fact, the outer member 3 and the rod-like member 2 move under production of phase difference to cause a strain to be easily generated at the vibration-proof member 1. A vibration-proof component 4 having such a configuration as above can be easily installed on one object surface and its efficient reduction of vibration enables radiation sound caused by vibration to be substantially reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】被振動部材の振動を低減可能で且つ被振動部材への設置が簡易な汎用性の高い制振部品の提供。【解決手段】棒状部材2と外側部材3との間で圧縮保持される制振材1を、棒状部材2と外側部材3とを位相差を生じさせるように相対移動させることにより歪ませて、被振動部材7を振動させる振動エネルギーを熱エネルギーに変換させる。棒状部材2と外側部材3との間で制振材1を圧縮保持させ、また外側部材3を制振材1よりも重くし、さらに外側部材3を被振動部材7の表面から離間させる。外側部材3は制振材1を圧縮保持するのみで制振材1以外に接しない。そのため、外側部材3と棒状部材2とが位相差を生じて動き、制振材1に歪みが生じやすくなる。こうした構成の制振部品4は1物体面上に容易に設置可能で、また効率的に振動を低減させて振動起因の放射音を大幅に低減することができる。【選択図】図3 |
