PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the erroneous assembling of a valve plug component by eliminating the occurrence factor of a human error.SOLUTION: A model code of a valve to be assembled is read by a model code reading portion 101. A valve plug component 14 to be assembled in a valve body of the valve to be assembled is made to be a valve plug component to be discriminated, and a characteristic shape of the valve plug component 14 to be discriminated is imaged by an imaging portion 116. A processing portion 104 compares the imaged characteristic shape of the valve plug component 14 to be discriminated with a characteristic shape of a proper valve plug component corresponding to the characteristic shape, determines whether the valve plug component 14 to be discriminated is the proper valve plug component or not from the comparison result, and issues a read model code of a valve from a model mode issuing portion 106, when the valve plug component 14 is discriminated as the proper valve plug component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】ヒューマンエラーの発生要因を排除し、弁プラグ部品の誤組付けを防止する。【解決手段】これから組み立てを行うバルブの機種コードを機種コード読取部１０１によって読み取る。これから組み立てを行うバルブのバルブ本体に組み込もうとする弁プラグ部品１４を判別対象の弁プラグ部品とし、この判別対象の弁プラグ部品１４の特徴的な形状を撮像部１１６によって撮像する。処理部１０４は、撮像された判別対象の弁プラグ部品１４の特徴的な形状とこの特徴的な形状に対応する正当な弁プラグ部品の特徴的な形状とを比較し、その比較結果から判別対象の弁プラグ部品１４が正当な弁プラグ部品であるか否かを判別し、正当な弁プラグ部品であると判別した場合、読み取ったバルブの機種コードを機種コード発行部１０６より発行する。【選択図】 図７
