Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated copper particle having both excellent oxidation resistance and sintering properties, which have been difficult to attain by conventional techniques.SOLUTION: A coated copper particle comprises a copper particle coated with aliphatic carboxylic acid having an aliphatic group with 5 or more carbon atoms, an average primary particle diameter Dbased on SEM observation is 0.02 μm or more and 0.2 μm or less, and a coefficient of variation in particle size distribution (standard deviation SD/average primary particle diameter D) is 0.1 or more 0.5 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-2 【課題】従来技術では達成困難であった、優れた耐酸化性と焼結性とを併せ持つ被覆銅粒子を提供する。【解決手段】炭素数が5以上の脂肪族基を有する脂肪族カルボン酸で被覆された銅粒子を含み、SEM観察による平均一次粒子径DSEMが0.02μm以上0.2μm以下であり、粒度分布の変動係数(標準偏差SD/平均一次粒子径DSEM)の値が0.1以上0.5以下である被覆銅粒子である。【選択図】図1−2
