Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber reinforced resin composition where a fiber good in dispersibility and a resin easy to disperse the fiber are suitably complexed and a manufacturing method therefor, especially a fiber reinforced resin composition containing a chemical modified CNF and a thermoplastic resin and having improved physical properties by suitably complexing the fiber and the resin and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a fiber reinforced resin composition containing (A) a chemical modified CNF and (B) a thermoplastic resin, where the chemical modified CNF and the thermoplastic resin satisfy following conditions: (a) ratio R (SP/SP) of a solubility parameter of the (B) thermoplastic resin (SP) and a solubility parameter of the (A) chemical modified CNF (SP) in a range of 0.87 to 1.88 and (b) crystallinity index of the (A) chemical modified CNF is 42.7% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【解決課題】本発明は、分散性が良好な繊維とその繊維が分散され易い樹脂とが好適に複合化がされた、繊維強化樹脂組成物とその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。より具体的には、繊維と樹脂との好適な複合により物性が改良された、化学修飾CNFと熱可塑性樹脂とを含有する繊維強化樹脂組成物、及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】(A)化学修飾CNF及び(B)熱可塑性樹脂を含有する繊維強化樹脂組成物であって、前記化学修飾CNF及び熱可塑性樹脂が下記の条件:(a)(B)熱可塑性樹脂の溶解パラメータ(SPpol)に対する(A)化学修飾CNFの溶解パラメータ(SPcnf)の比率R (SPcnf/SPpol)が0.87〜1.88の範囲である、及び(b)(A)化学修飾CNFの結晶化度が42.7%以上である、を満たす繊維強化樹脂組成物。【選択図】なし
