Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operation feeling.SOLUTION: A robot operation device 40 is equipped with a touch panel display 42; an operation detecting portion 46; an action command generating portion 47; and a display control portion 48. The action command generating portion 47 generates action commands for operating robots 20 and 30 on the basis of a detection result of the operation detecting portion 46. The display control portion 48 controls display contents of the touch panel display 42. The action command generating portion 47 decides the action speed Vr of the robots on the basis of the operation speed Vd of drag operation.
