Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamping device that can reliably grip a gripping target while maintaining proper alignment accuracy, and provide a spinning machining device with the clamping device.SOLUTION: A plate-like fixed frame member 1 and a turning frame member 2 are disposed adjacently, and two or more shaft members 3 are supported along the circle centering on the shaft of a gripping target in the fixed frame member. In the turning frame member, two or more arc holes 2a are formed along the circle so that the two or more shaft members are fitted, respectively. Also, two or more oblong holes 2b having an inclined long axis to the circle are formed, and each shaft member is turnably supported to the fixed frame member in a range capable of moving in each arc hole. Two or more guide members 4 are movably fitted in the two or more oblong holes of the turning frame member, respectively, and are supported by the fixed frame member movably in a radial direction. The outside ends of two or more gripping members 5 are fixed in the two or more guide members, respectively, and the inner ends are disposed to the gripping target in an abutting manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】適切な調心精度を維持しつつ把持対象を確実に把持し得るクランプ装置、及びそのクランプ装置を備えたスピニング加工装置を提供する。【解決手段】板状の固定枠部材1及び回動枠部材2が隣接して配置され、固定枠部材には、把持対象の軸を中心とする円に沿って複数の軸部材3が支持される。回動枠部材には、複数の軸部材が夫々嵌合するように上記円に沿って複数の円弧穴2aが形成されると共に、上記円に対して傾斜した長軸を有する複数の長穴2bが形成されており、各軸部材が各円弧穴内を移動可能な範囲内で、固定枠部材に対し回動可能に支持される。複数の案内部材4が、回動枠部材の複数の長穴に夫々移動可能に嵌合されると共に、径方向に移動可能に固定枠部材に支持され、複数の把持部材5の外側端部が夫々複数の案内部材に固定され、内側端部が把持対象に当接可能に配設される。【選択図】図1
