Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration power generator of novel structure capable of achieving high efficiency power generation stably, and to provide a floor damping structure and a vibration detector using the same.SOLUTION: In a vibration power generator 10 for converting the vibration of a vibration member 60 into electricity, a first vibration system 12 of cantilever structure where a first mass member 18 is attached to the distal end of a first leaf spring 16 is provided, and a damping part for reducing the vibration of the vibration member 60 is constituted of the first vibration system 12. Meanwhile, a second vibration system 14 of cantilever structure where a second mass member 56 is attached to the distal end of a second leaf spring 54 is provided, and a power generation part for generating power when vibration is inputted by the second vibration system 14 is constituted by attaching the proximal end of the second leaf spring 54 to the first vibration system 12, and attaching a power generation element 58 to the second leaf spring 54.
