Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of fastening ceramic particles onto a surface of a metallic shaft by preparing a plating liquid in which ceramic particles are dispersed in advance, fastening the ceramic particles to a metallic sleeve surface by electro-deposition, and inserting the electro-deposited metallic sleeve into a metallic shaft, instead of a conventional method of spraying an adhesive material onto the surface of the metallic shaft, specifically spraying ceramic.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a transportation roller, a metallic layer is formed on a base material, and the ceramic particles are firmly fastened onto the base material by electro-deposition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 上記した金属軸表面上へのセラミック粒子の固着方法として、従来のように、金属軸表面上へ接着材吹き付け、つまり、セラミック吹き付けするのではなく、あらかじめセラミック粒子を分散しためっき液を作製し、そのセラミック粒子を金属スリーブ表面上へ電着により固着し、電着加工された金属スリーブを金属軸へ挿入する。【解決手段】搬送ローラの製造方法において、金属層を基材上に形成し、前記セラミック粒子を電着により、前記基材上に強固に固着する。【選択図】 図1
