Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener such as a screw made of resin that can be adsorptive by magnetic force generating means such as a magnet driver.SOLUTION: A screw 1 includes a head part 10 formed with a tool hole 10a and a shaft part 11 screwed into a member to be fastened. The shaft part 11 is formed with a thread 11a from its extremity end to an outer circumference. The screw 1 is formed while resin material having no magnetic characteristic is being applied as a base material. The head part 10 has some small pieces of magnetic members M dispersed. With this arrangement, the head part 10 is formed with a magnetic characteristic realizing part G capable of realizing the magnetic characteristic. Since the head part 10 is formed with the magnetic characteristic realizing part G, it is possible to perform adsorption and holding operations by external magnetic force generating means such as a magnet driver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】樹脂により構成されるネジなどの締結具であって、マグネットドライバーなどの磁力発生手段により吸着可能な締結具及び締結方法を提供する。【解決手段】ネジ1は、工具穴10aが形成された頭部10と、被締結物にねじ込まれる軸部11と、を備えている。軸部11には先端から外周にネジ山11aが形成されている。ネジ1は、磁性を有しない樹脂材料を基材として形成され、頭部10には磁性部材Mの小片が分散されている。これにより、頭部10に、磁性を発現させることができる磁性発現部Gが形成されている。頭部10に磁性発現部Gが形成されているので、例えばマグネットドライバーなどの外部からの磁力発生手段により吸着保持することができる。【選択図】図1 |
