PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress pulsation of liquid intermittently pressure-fed by a pump without providing a space for holding liquid that does not flow, and thus appropriately control a flow rate.SOLUTION: A flow control device 100 includes: a flow passage 10 having a tube pump 20 arranged therein; a flow meter 40 disposed downstream in the flowing direction of the tube pump 20 to measure a flow rate of liquid flowing in the flow passage 10; and a flow controller 50 for controlling discharge amount of liquid discharged by the tube pump 20 so that the flow rate measured by the flow meter 40 reaches a target flow rate. The flow passage 10 includes: a flexible straight pipe-shaped second flow passage 12 disposed downstream in the flowing direction of the tube pump 20 and elastically deformed due to pressure of liquid; and a third flow passage 13 that is disposed downstream in the flowing direction of the second flow passage 12 and in which a flow passage cross section orthogonal to the flowing direction is at a minimum in the flow passage 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】流通しない液体が保持される空間を設けることなくポンプにより間欠的に圧送される液体の脈動を抑制し、適切に流量を制御する。【解決手段】チューブポンプ２０が配置される流路１０と、チューブポンプ２０よりも流通方向の下流側に配置されるとともに流路１０を流通する液体の流量を計測する流量計４０と、流量計４０により計測される流量が目標流量となるようにチューブポンプ２０が吐出する液体の吐出量を制御する流量コントローラ５０とを備え、流路１０は、チューブポンプ２０よりも流通方向の下流側に配置されるとともに液体の圧力によって弾性変形する可撓性を有する直管状の第２流路１２と、第２流路１２よりも流通方向の下流側に配置されるとともに流通方向に直交する流路断面の断面積が流路１０において最小となる第３流路１３とを有する流量制御装置１００を提供する。【選択図】図１
