Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for treating water, in each of which ozone-containing microbubbles are introduced into the water to be treated so that emulsified oil in the water to be treated can be coagulated and the amount of the ozone to be used can be reduced when the coagulated oil is floated and separated.SOLUTION: A treatment tank 1 is divided into: a first zone S1 for floating/separating free oil in the oil in the water to be treated; and a second zone S2 into which the water to be treated, from which the free oil floated/separated in the first zone S1 is removed, and a microbubble are introduced and in which the emulsified oil in the water to be treated is coagulated, floated and separated. Since a gas feeding means 5 for feeding fine gas such as ozone-free air, oxygen and nitrogen or feeding a liquid, in which the gas such as ozone-free air, oxygen and nitrogen is pressurized/dissolved, is arranged on a feeding line 4 for feeding the water to be treated to the first zone S1, the amount of the ozone to be used can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】オゾンを含むマイクロバブルを導入することによって、被処理水中の乳化オイルを凝集させるとともに浮上分離する際に、オゾン使用量を抑制できる水処理装置および水処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】処理槽1が、被処理水中の油分中のフリーオイルを浮上分離する第1領域S1と、この第1領域S1でフリーオイルが浮上分離された後の被処理水を受け入れるとともに、マイクロバブルが導入されることで被処理水中の乳化オイルを凝集させるとともに浮上分離する第2領域S2とに区分けされ、第1領域S1に被処理水を供給する供給ライン4に、オゾンを含まない空気、酸素、窒素等の微細ガス、もしくはオゾンを含まない空気、酸素、窒素等のガスを加圧溶解した液を供給するガス供給手段5を備えているので、オゾン使用量を抑制できる。【選択図】図1
