Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collective action management system for enabling a leader leading a group performing predetermined collective action to check a person to be led existing in the vicinity of the leader, without previously registering information on the person to be led in a radio portable terminal held by the leader.SOLUTION: A radio portable terminal 1 includes: a voice character conversion unit 17 for converting a voice signal received from a wearable terminal 2 to character data; and a person-to-be-led identification information storage unit 15 for storing identification information for identifying, from the converted character data, a person to be led holding the wearable terminal 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 所定の集団行動をするグループを引率する引率者が所持する無線携帯端末に被引率者の情報を予め登録することなく、引率者の近傍に存在している被引率者を確認することが可能な集団行動管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】 無線携帯端末１は、ウェアラブル端末２から受信した音声信号を音声文字変換部１７で文字データに変換し、前記変換した文字データから前記ウェアラブル端末２を所持する被引率者を識別する識別情報を被引率者識別情報記憶部１５に記憶する。【選択図】 図１
