Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of correlating detection of a movable body with operated part activation timing, and setting priority for an operated part activation timing according to a purpose including convenience and energy saving.SOLUTION: Each device, which is classified into events on the basis of relation between time required until each device of an image processing device 10 is activated and electric power consumption when the device is on standby, is allocated to sensor detection regions. As activation conditions, energy saving and convenience are set. Transitional control is executed selectively on the basis of priority when selecting the energy saving and priority when selecting the convenience. During energy-saving priority, a UI touch panel 216 and an IC card reader 217 are allocated to regions of a first human sensor 28, and an image formation unit 240 and an image read unit 238 are allocated to a second human sensor 30.
